In an effort to foster creativity and innovation, the Dean’s Office announces its first-ever Night of Creativity for all Dean’s Office staff (2nd, 3rd, 9th, Waller and Keeneland). It is often challenging to pursue out-of-the box ideas on top of already full workloads. In the course of daily work, staff members may have many ideas of how to re-imagine programs or processes or how to create completely new programs or ways of doing business. However, there is never enough time during the day to work on such projects. As a result, we want to create the time and space for staff to have the opportunity to pursue such ideas.
